The Technology Association for Visually Impaired Missourians (TAVIM) is a project that aims to provide qualifying Missourians with instruction in the basic use of a personal computer. As part of the program, qualifying participants will be provided with a computer, and instruction delivered , by a network of both volunteer and contract trainers. There will be no charge to the participants for the computer or the instruction. The computer will remain the property of participants upon successful completion of training.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

A big way that we help support the community is to provide a place for volunteers to work the hours needed. Some of our volunteers need hours to receive their government assistance, and some need them for a court ordered reason. These volunteers help keep our costs down while providing a much needed space for those individuals to achieve their hours.
COMMUNITY DRIVEN
